Og OP is so funny like I think they forget Akane had a crash out because she precisely knew she was being used and they're just focusing on the fact that Aqua said that about Kana (but we knew he never really used her because in the end, all Kana's actions were her own. She's untouched by his revenge. Even her being Nino was her own action. She said she took the role already and just wanted to ask him if it's okay). And didn't Akane outed him because he drew the moral and ethical line by literally tracking her, and this is the first time we actually see Akane get mad at him? They forget Aqua also said Akane is smart for her own good and he knows she knows him well. If he actually did that for his ego, Akane wouldn't have been upset because she'd have long clocked him on his true feelings. But no, she didn't feel that. Those people try to change the narrative like it's so funny. Put some respect in Akane's name.
