April ’26 numbers are in 📈 Our strongest month so far — a sharp bounce back despite a tough operating environment. ⬆️ Revenue: +37% ⬆️ Orders: +25.6% ⬇️ AOV: -11.4% AOV dipped as we introduced smaller portions and more flexibility — unlocking higher order volumes. We also completed our first full quarter at Vasant Kunj. The month wasn’t without challenges: • Continued LPG shortages → reduced hours & limited menu • Higher KPTs with electric operations • A few unforeseen shutdowns • Moved from 6 to 7 days of operations (mid-month) But we adapted. Behind the scenes, we’ve also started building our corporate backbone: From just me + @meangeekchick handling everything → now a 6-member team across hiring, operations, training, stores & purchase. Costs have gone up, but this layer is already helping us scale better and more consistently. March ’26 numbers are in 📉 After a strong February, March was impacted by operational constraints — LPG availability issues led to partial kitchen shutdowns and a reduced menu. This hit order volumes, while AOV saw a slight uptick. ⬇️ Revenue: -15.25% ⬇️ Orders: -15.23% ⬆️ AOV: +4.31% We used the downtime to tighten operations, improve consistency, and optimize costs across kitchens. One of the biggest marketing hacks for an Off location restaurant/Cafe/Shop is calling them HIDDEN GEMS. I am not saying it’s wrong but it is a very clever spin on the marketers part. Couple this with insta reels & you are good to go. But don’t forget aesthetics are Important!

if u truly want to get better, nothing beats the apprenticeship model: - find a players - spend time with them - talk about ideas not people - let them poke holes in your priors - don’t get defensive instead get curious - watch how they live life and think about mundane things the osmosis is slow + uncomfortable + it doesn’t scale but its pound for pound the most direct path to becoming better
