the @mapwithrapid @openstreetmap editor now has bring-your-own-data via pmtiles urls create a reference from datasets like @OvertureMaps -> store it in a single blob on s3 -> enhance OSM!

@MapMakinMeyers Excellent idea! There has been some discussion about whether it's possible to show alternative buildings from open data/AI, and let a user choose to replace some goemerru while maintaining version history. TBD!

@arnalielsewhere @GIScienceHD @openstreetmap @mapwithrapid This "using RapID for roads is difficult" from where came from? or is just an opinion? I do not see the difficulty of RapID for road mapping. Of course is NOT for just hitting a buton and have the road added to the map. It requires knowledge, but that is common to all mapping.
