The transatlantic slave trade is way more than the selling and exploitation of human people. It is widely known that Europeans would force/threaten in order to get slaves sold to them. There was literally zero way for the Asante to predict what would follow
YOOKAY@Yookay_

@RichieBrave It's also worth noting that Ghana captured and sold millions of Africans. They also had to be forced to stop by the British. Ghana should be paying reparations.

Itโ€™s worth noting that the UK, Spain, France, the Netherlands and Portugal, key drivers of the transatlantic slave trade, all abstained.
BBC News Africa@BBCAfrica

The UN General Assembly has voted to recognise slave trade as "the gravest crime against humanity". The proposal by Ghana was adopted with 123 votes in favour and three against - the United States, Israel and Argentina. bbc.in/4rTpwqE

Its weird to me because if youโ€™re finding them attractive then what about them is ugly? Thats two contradictory statements when you take into account that beauty and attractiveness is subjective. If youโ€™re attracted to someone, how do you find them ugly?๐Ÿ˜ญ
