Chris, while agree that deals should not only be allowed, but even facilitated by WSOP, this is not that. There is a party that’s affected. Isn’t the WPT being cheated out of a million dollars? Don’t you think fixing outcomes is different than just striking a deal between the last two players?

@msalsberg I agree 100% that deals should be allowed, and even facilitated by WSOP (in terms of separate W2Gs and an enforcement mechanism) if a deal is struck by the players.

@markseif Might not've been subtle but thats more honorable to me than not. Not sarcastic i think deals between players in tourney is something i support vs not. Grey area because it has to go to a "winner" but they should have a contingency to allow it while protecting the game integrity.
