Indian Student Jailed For Public Masturbation Spree In Ireland. An Indian business student who flew into Ireland just weeks earlier to study at a top university has been jailed after admitting a shocking series of sexual offences against women in Dublin. Rishabh Mahajan, 31, exposed his genitals and masturbated in front of three different women in public late at night, with one victim subjected to repeated terrifying encounters outside her workplace. In a separate incident, he sexually assaulted another woman by groping her bottom as she walked home on Halloween night. Dublin Circuit Criminal Court heard the offences took place in October and November 2024, shortly after Mahajan arrived from India to begin a master's degree at UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School. In one disturbing series of incidents captured on CCTV, Mahajan returned multiple times to a woman's workplace in the early hours. He pulled down his trousers and masturbated while staring directly at her through a well-lit glass window. On one occasion he did this at around 1:15am. He committed similar lewd acts in front of two other women. He also pleaded guilty to a sexual assault involving touching the bottom of a woman on the street. Mahajan pleaded guilty to four counts of offensive conduct of a sexual nature likely to cause fear, distress or alarm and one count of sexual assault. Today, Judge Baxter sentenced him to 16 months in prison, but suspended the final 12 months on strict conditions, meaning he will serve around four months behind bars before release.
