@BoFlows @poiiixd @BoFlows this model use DSC to achive 360hz if you're a aimer csgo/valorant dsc make micro adjustments terrible and flicks hard and overall aiming like harder,so 1.4dp cable can do 1080MHZ max, download cru adjust the 2k 360hz profile to 230hz(under 1080) tick dsc off in monitor

@x1lly 300-330hz isn't cable limts 1.4 is 25/26 gbps and 300hz at 2k 8bit is 31+ gbps

You could be adding input lag right now and not even know it. Intel PresentMon is free. Open it in game and look for your presentation model. Composed: Flip = added delay. Independent Flip = good. RTX 40 series or older with a high refresh rate monitor? DSC is probably breaking Multiplane Overlay and pushing you into Composed Flip automatically. Disable DSC in your monitor to fix it, just know you might trade 360Hz for 300-330Hz at 1440p if your setup doesn't have the bandwidth without it you could also disable fullscreen optimizations and use Legacy Flip. Left screenshot IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT; right is what you want in games.

More vibrance will not help at any point — it only makes the overall picture worse and hurts gaming quality

@masterabu5 @xTheWhale_ @robbycantaim I had this feeling on all the high hz panels I tried, my game looked smooth yes bc of my tuned system but my cursor felt like playing on ice. some 540hz hdmi 2.1 I had was very weird too, it was fine on 500hz but as soon as I switch to 540 dsc prob turn on and shit the bed

@xTheWhale_ @masterabu5 @robbycantaim even 1080p 540hz/600hz monitor with hdmi 2.1 will not be saved from this dsc fckening, but sometimes it depends on the monitor fw. the asus 610hz claims to be faster than 540/600hz competitors in the same class. id still rather import dp 2.1 monitor to be sure.
