Had the opportunity to speak at @EGIC_ during the discussion “Iran’s Outer Axis: IRGC’s Global Network.” My key message: Iran must not be underestimated — neither its way of waging war nor its soft power. The deadly Shahed drone attacks on Ukraine last night, which caused 14 civilian casualties, are only the visible part of a broader system built on cheap technologies, proxies, and disruption. To win, we must study our adversaries and use that knowledge to counter and dismantle them.
