16U T3 Mavericks Gold split a pair of pool games today at the Scenic City Fall Showcase down in Tennessee. A competitive field of teams and the Mavs played a strong first game with pitcher Maddie Booth going the distance in the Circle with stellar defense behind her (see first clip). On offense, the Mavs had key extra base hits by Grace Forgach, Izzy Cugini and Abby Pace. SOLID defense by catcher Pita Alberto to round out a great win. Keep it up tomorrow girls!
