My only mistake was that after one year, I took my son to stay with me for 24 hours, because my ex-wife used to insult and harass me in front of the child, and because of this she has taken such a drastic step. She has hidden the child; he is not going to daycare or school and he is not at home either. Instead, he is staying with another man. No father would ever feel comfortable knowing that his son is with another man. Yes , I am aware how bad it goes for the men in child -custody battles. I have seen men losing the formative years of their kid’s lives. And I am also aware how it is made very difficult by the ex and our faulty jud!cial system. I just wish that people were more mature and think of the children first , behave rationally. The children lose out the most & get impacted in these battles. Ofcourse I don’t dismiss your pain if your story is true.

My friend who has twins was unceremoniously abandoned on grounds of “irreconcilable differences” because the husband found a “soul mate” when the kids were aged 6/7. Since she had no job at the time being a mother and having had left work at the time of pregnancy , she consented to the divorce with child-support. Another friend I know was divorced because she had developed medical issues after her marriage , it took the husband no time to find a second woman while my friend was recovering from surgery at her matriarchal home. Divorced granted with no alimony as my friend’s family just wanted to secure their daughter’s safety and well-being. All we hear however is from the m£n but never much from the wom£n.

I am a helpless father asking for help. It has been 1 week since I last saw my minor son(Ekaksh ,2.8yr). My ex-wife has hidden him and is refusing to allow me to meet him or even talk to him on call or video. I went to the whitefield police police station and meet Mr. Vishwanath Reddy for help and kept running from one desk to another from 9 AM to 5 PM, but my complaint was not even registered. I was simply told to bring a court order from ex wife which she refusing to meet my child. A child has the right to both parents. I am extremely worried about my son’s safety and mental wellbeing. I have already complained to CWC but have received no response. I am concerned because my child is being kept with a stranger, which I believe is not safe. I also fear for his mental and emotional health as there have been instances of abusive behavior, including verbal abuse, threats, and physical punishment. I am also worried because the mother often remains intoxicated and is unable to properly care for the child. Please help me see my child.
