In prop trading, emotional control is more valuable than strategy. Because under pressure, you don’t rise to your strategy you fall to your habits. If your habit is revenge trading, you’ll repeat it. If your habit is discipline, you’ll protect your capital. The market tests you daily. Your job is to stay neutral. No highs. No lows. Just execution.

I know you feel like you have to grind 24/7 to make it happen. You’re terrified that if you slow down, everything will fall apart. But you don’t have to carry the whole world on your shoulders. You’re already building something solid. Trust the process a little more. You’re going to make it, but you have to let yourself breathe so you can actually enjoy it when you get there.
