🇨🇦🏘️🏗️⏬ : Canadian Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne admits there is a dip in the Canadian home building market, but believes more Federal promises will build more homes. 💰 For years Liberals promised to build homes faster than ever before. Trudeau & Carney promised millions of new homes & pledged over $50 billion to do it. 📉 Instead housing starts are down. 🔫 In part due to the extortion crisis & due to a new layer of Federal bureaucracy for home building. 🏗️ Soon nothing will be able to be built in Canada without the government borrowing 2x the cost of the construction, just to approve the project.
