@NickdeBruyne @SamAberdeen1 Never really done much anime have you? It’s just not that prevalent in the west but really nothing new to animation. Interesting that you infer it’s for kids because it’s animated…that’s a bit boomer logic there. If anything animation is where it should instead of reality.

Finally watching Invincible (watched season 1 before but now catching up). This is some gourmet superhero stuff. Literally doesn't pull any punches. Love it.
While Marvel and DC fight to get off the struggle bus, glad these shows and comics exist. #Invincible

@migsse Yeah, the only short term hardware upgrade I care about is Switch 2, since I have a massive Switch collection that can do with some polish

So I've apparently reached that age where I don't want to play new games anymore, because I think they almost all suck.
I only really care about remasters of good older games, and I'd rather be playing "retro" stuff. It's like some sort of middle-aged-man switch has flipped in my head lol.

@GendoWasRight I'm at a point that I am tired of buying more instead of playing more games.
So I'm tackling my paid backlog of games.
This also means I don't need to upgrade hardware anytime soon.

You know, I think my handheld PC is partly responsible for this, since it mainly runs older titles well and I spent a lot of time playing it in 2024. And I realized I was having way more fun with those games.

I didn’t write a review of SEVERANCE season 2 but I’ve seen the first six episodes and they are extremely good. The show finds a way to keep the story going without racing to provide answers or feel like it’s stalling. Tramell Tillman proves he’s a star with an expanded role. A+
