To show you the media bias of Newzroom Afrika, an issue I thought I would not raise but since they have chosen to be misleading and malicious. Newzroom Afrika is the only television broadcaster which did not take the EFF Presser live yesterday. The SABC took the EFF Presser live, ENCA took the EFF Presser live, while Newzroom Afrika put the EFF presser in a small box in a corner and ran with the Madlanga Commission despite a more interesting news story at that time. Why would SABC and ENCA have an appreciation that at that specific time, the EFF Presser warranted coverage, notwithstanding the importance of the Madlanga Commission, and Newzroom Afrika would not? Must we credit this to an unbiased editorial decision? Newzroom Afrika’s journalist deployed at the EFF Presser mumbled that EFF MMC’s are involved in tender corruption in Tshwane, and stumbled backwards and rephrased when the CIC asked him “Who?”
