I think I need to seriously step up my cardio. I can't seem to lose this stomach. My typical day is a sugar-free Red Bull, a gallon of water, and a CAVA bowl with chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, and half an avocado no bread, no dips, no sauces. That's basically it. What am I missing? 🤷‍♂️🏃‍♂️

@monkey_bus2020 I don’t like to dress in skimpy clothes and go twerking. That’s just not me. Also I’m a very outgoing person and it’s very hard to socialize at pride events when you have nothing in common.

I just don’t have anything in common with any of it. Especially the trans and queers. I’m already proud of who I am and how I contribute to society.

Disney Cruise has a special invite only character meet at the end of the voyage, and only a handful of families are selected. I’ve been lucky enough to experience it a few times and am always honored and grateful to be chosen.
