I’ve always tried to handle things on my own, but right now I’m really struggling and have no one to fall back on. After being diagnosed with epilepsy and dealing with seizures, everything has become incredibly difficult — medical bills, medications, and basic living expenses are piling up fast. @chipatriot17 There's levels of keto, but for that type of health challenge, you may need to go pretty high fat (80-90% of your diet).
