I spent the last 2 days turning OpenClaw into something enterprises can actually trust. Here’s the result: OpenClaw Enterprise 🦞 OpenClaw is incredible, but let's be honest: no CISO would ever approve the open-source version in a production environment. The security gaps were just too big. So I fixed it. In 48 hours. I built a zero-trust enterprise layer on top of OpenClaw, addressing the critical gaps: → Secrets Management: No more hardcoded keys. 5 backends including Vault, AWS, GCP, Azure. → IAM & RBAC: No more all-or-nothing access. Fine-grained control with OIDC/JWT. → Immutable Audit Trails: No more guessing who did what. Cryptographically signed logs for every single agent action. → Runtime Security: No more blind trust. Resolved 31 CodeQL alerts, added input sanitization, output filtering, and network guardrails. It's still open-source (MIT licensed), but now it's built for the enterprise. And it's tested with 367 new enterprise-focused tests. To prove it, I also wrote the entire documentation from scratch, 17 pages covering every module, configuration, and API.
