A2: Ensure teachers feel comfortable with how AI can impact their teaching and subject areas. Have them see the benefit AI can bring rather than as a hindrance. Allow teachers to share what concerns they have to tailor PD to address them. #PubPDasia

A1: Having a provocation involving AI, providing exposure and experimentation would give students an initial foundation and framework for discussion. Find ways like any other learning to see where each student's prior knowledge is at. #PubPDasia

A4: Look for ways to celebrate through the curriculum. When examining or local context, finding ways the community has benefitted/impacted the local and global world. In Gr2, we celebrate the importance of the historical industries that impacted the world. #PubPDasia

A3: Improves connectedness, relationships and understanding. Builds affirming identities and awareness of others. Provides a time of joy, and excitement. #PubPDAsia

A2: We need to recognize the value and importance of identity within the school and students building affirming views of themselves. We also need to recognize power imbalances and what not acting means about our view of ourselves as intl schools in the community. #PubPDAsia

A1: Celebrating important events at the school such as Mid Autumn Festival and CNY. Having visible home language in the school and ensuring or language policies value home languages. #PubPDasia

A4: EAL team plans with each team. Collaborative PLC and planning time to work on strategies to support learners. Also always letting the mindset and strategies that MLLs may need to succeed can help many other students succeed like other inclusive practices. #pubpdasia

A3: It is always valuable to have diversity and representation and see yourself in your school. Look for those that view the strengths in multilingualism as agency and capacity can be built but changing values and biases are more difficult. #pubpdasia

A1: Students should see themselves represented in the classroom and their language and identity honored and valued. Some obstacles that could be faced are our own biases and wider deficit beliefs. We also need to be aware of policies and practices that devalue language.#PubPDasia

A2: Planning collaboratively with our language teachers and having documentation and learning in multiple languages. Utilizing tools to build home and school connections that allow for translation. School communication in multiple languages. #pubpdasia
