The 404 issue should be resolved now in production for the Netflix public API

The Netflix public API is experiencing 404s for new sign-up requests. We are working on the issue. Time to repair is still TBD.

@rthealien There are currently no plans to support the public API outside of the US and CA.

@peabay Can you email us at publicapi at netflix dot com with more details (ie. what URLs?)? We are not seeing this issue...

@kmahan OData is down due to a bug. Working now to restore it.

The search-related issue has been resolved in the public API.

@McCarron Looking into any potential issues here, although if there is one, it is not intentional.

@mpanzarino We never disabled DVD access in the API. The API and corresponding apps seem to be working as expected.

@ElaydinTech We are aware of the issue. It should be fixed by tomorrow morning.
