📢 Important Update to the Atok Community “Taking a little more time for a safer and stronger launch” Hello, Atok family. On January 27th, in the “Important Update to the Atok Community” announcement, we shared our plan to target a global major exchange listing in March 2026**. Since then, thanks to your passionate support and encouragement, the Atok team has been working day and night to prepare. We would like to express our sincere gratitude once again for the unwavering trust of our 1.7M+ family members. As previously mentioned, we adjusted the original January target to March due to market conditions. Today, however, we must honestly provide another update. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to postpone the listing schedule once more. Reasons for the Delay (We are sharing the current situation as it is) 1. Ongoing geopolitical tensions and war in the Middle East The conflict between the US, Israel, and Iran has prolonged, leaving the entire Middle East in a state of extreme instability. Threats related to the Strait of Hormuz and the surge in oil prices (currently in the $110–115 range) have kept the global market in a risk-off mode. In this environment, launching a new project could amplify the initial shock, which is a major concern. 2. Extreme fear sentiment across the entire crypto market The Crypto Fear & Greed Index continues to remain in the Extreme Fear to Fear zone (10–30), with the overall market showing high volatility and anxiety. Bitcoin is also moving unstably in the $66,000–$70,000 range, and the entire market is under downward pressure. Listing at this timing carries a very high risk of a sharp price drop due to external shocks overlapping with initial selling pressure. We have seen many cases in the past where projects that rushed their listings in similar market conditions caused great disappointment in the community and long-term loss of trust. We do not want your two-plus years of effort and dedication to end up with such results. 3. Official postponement requests from exchanges We have received clear feedback from the Tier 1–2 exchanges we are in discussions with: “Please readjust the listing schedule considering the current market conditions and geopolitical risks.” The exchanges also prioritize the long-term success of the project and the value of user assets. They believe it is best to proceed with the listing once the market stabilizes and positive momentum builds. Due to the combination of these three factors, we have decided to postpone the listing by an additional 4–8 weeks (estimated). We will promptly provide a separate announcement with the new specific timeline as soon as the market stabilizes and final agreements with the exchanges are reached. Our Unchanging Promises - The plan for sequential and simultaneous listings on multiple Tier 1–2 exchanges remains unchanged. - We will do our utmost to ensure that the rewards and efforts you have built are safely protected after listing and can be freely traded. - We will prepare even more thoroughly for additional market stabilization and liquidity securing. This delay is not simply “putting it off.” It is a strategic decision to genuinely protect your assets and build a solid foundation so that we can achieve long-term success after listing.
