Not getting a lot of work done this dull morning in Shields due to @BBC6Music and @laurenlaverne with her cloudbusting bangers. Few calories burnt though with bit of chair dancing. Not a pretty sight.

I don't think I've every felt so sickened by the absolutely shameful non-acceptance of the in your face racism and misogyny of Frank Hester's words. Had to be chased into accepting it was indeed both those things. Get out, stay out.
