Mbarara is the most overrated city in Uganda.
No hospitality, not even a 3star hotel, the tallest building there is most likely around 10 floors, no nightlife, city is so small (about 30 mins drive), unfresh air, whole city no single traffic light, backward population😶

And it's not even a joke, there is no single traffic light in Mbarara "City".
If this is the second most developed area in Uganda, we are cooked.

I think the tallest building in Mbarara is the NSSF one… which is about 4 floors….
