Nobody left and called it a scam. Everyone was grateful for the generosity of the team. Notcoin was supposed to be the gateway that made TON the BSC of its generation but the team killed that dream themselves. Sending users directly to a CEX was the fatal move. You simply should not do that as a DeFi platform. Simple The right play was to make users interact with DEXs built on your own chain, keeping the activity on-chain. Keep the ecosystem alive. Instead, they handed everyone an exit door by building in that direct CEX option and that was the beginning of the end. I remember jumping into the BSC wave specifically to learn how to swap on PancakeSwap, all because I received an airdrop. That onboarding experience pulled me deeper into the ecosystem. Notcoin could have done the same. and done right, that approach would have retained at least 70% of users on the blockchain. The foundation was there and the opportunity was real. They just threw it away.
