@sugarwavez my thoughts exactly, to be fair I was offered the lowest value in the starting range so it’s just a bump up from that? but I was told “we want you to stay!” so I guess they just like me idk 😭

if anyone is interested I am really liking my new job so far! I’ve already learned a LOT and I feel really grateful that I get to do what I love (GIS) every day!! going from 29 hours a week to 40 with a 45 minute commute has been brutal though 😭
