I dont think tech talent is a variable that holds majority weight in justifying venture returns. TAM, distribution, and willingness to pay matter far more. Also, talent gaps are solvable operational constraints, not structural ceilings on returns.

There’s not enough tech talent in Kenya to justify venture returns. SaaS penetration is also because labor is cheap. Distribution can’t therefore work the old way: Build SaaS and scale with low capex. It has to be hybrid: physical + digital, leveraging cheap labor.
