For contemplation, I mostly prefer written/drawn, so that I don’t forget anything and my analytical side can check it right away. My goal with notebook contemplation is to organize, receive, translate, analyze, and distill. Intuition & logic need to both be in high gear for this. The various mind-focusing meditations out there, where you contemplate an object, symbol, or idea for some time with eyes closed (or while staring at the thing) — these serve a different purpose. More like working out a muscle group than digging for gemstones. Both use muscles, but the goal is different. One thing meditation are better suited for, however, is to receive psychic downloads from the subconscious, higher self, or wherever. But to pull this off, you either need to be in theta brainwave state, near the “mind awake, body asleep” state of consciousness (thus lying down as in a power nap), or else be naturally/artificially clairvoyant to where you can get the downloads even while just in an alpha state. But if you get such downloads in meditations this way, it’s easy to forget parts of it & take what you remember at face value due to the dazzling or emotional hue to it. This allows neg entities (including aliens) to insert disinformation that goes unchecked. The New Age is corrupt because people rely on feelings and downloads without critical thinking as they perceive the latter as 3D & limiting. So in notebook contemplation, you get smaller downloads in the form of intuitive revelations, but you’re then in full possession of your critical thinking faculties & nothing gets lost since you write it down.

⚡️ Spiritual Tool #1: Contemplation Contemplation is the best way to train your logic & intuition. You’re thinking hard, feeling out possible answers, reviewing what you know, and just diving deep within yourself. Notebook & Pen This is best done with a notebook & pen, for the same reason you can do arithmetic better on paper than in your head. So if you enjoy contemplating while driving or going for a walk, know that you’ll go deeper and further if you work it out on paper. Applications • Explore your thoughts & feelings. • List your “knowns” (what you know from experience & observations) and what these ultimately imply. • Think deeply about what you’ve been reading, watching, or discussing… what’s the bottom line? • Do self-inquiry by coming up with questions & feeling into the answers. Analyze the intuition that comes through; intuit whether the analysis is solid or missing something. • Map out & evaluate your life values, goals, and problems. Get perspective & resolution. • If some source feels off, instead of just leaving it at that, figure out what’s wrong with it and put that into clear words. If it truly resonates, likewise figure out why. • Draw doodles & sketches & diagrams for fun or to make creative connections between ideas. Tips For any key insights, principles, or truths you hit upon, mark them in some way like with a star, underline, or box. For any unresolved questions or problems, mark those as well with a question mark in a circle or similar. Then periodically flip back in your notebook to review these marked questions & key insights. By doing this, you build continuity of consciousness & self-development. And by contemplating in general, you’re exercising your spiritual intelligence (intuition) & human intelligence (reason) which together equals critical thinking & discernment. It’s also an antidote to social media shortening the attention span.

The further you are from what you want the more you see it in your mind’s eye. The closer you are the more you live it. Proximity is a choice you make in each moment.

‘Shadow Work’ is a CONSEQUENCE NATURALLY interwoven into one’s life when engaged in inner development. The TIMING of it is not meant to be primarily in our hands, this creates a separate footpath that’s counteractive to growth. It should NOT be an intentional practice.

Here let me fix that for you: Progress is not an illusion. The future is not unknowable. Death is not a complete mystery.

feels like a lot of millennial friends had little internet literacy or critical thinking skills and they've quickly become so redpilled they're actually profoundly bluepilled and now they say things like knowing how to read is inherently elitist

My video from a few years ago titled: December Disclosure: The Galactic Federation, Mars Colonization and Space Jesus? was removed by Youtube yesterday. Youtube has deleted the video claiming I have committed 'medical misinformation'. The part of the claim that shows the medical misinformation that I gave would not load and thus was left blank. So they were unable to show me where exactly I gave this 'medical misinformation' in the livestream. I appealed this and they have denied the appeal. The video is now available on my Rumble account rumble.com/v41biai-decemb… What is interesting about this is that it was removed the three years later, to the day, that I streamed it. I also remember that the stream was freezing every 2 seconds even though we had a secure connection and our streaming software indicated no problems. In this livestream I mention the Vatican's bizarre Space-God Christmas display. It featured an astronaut carrying what looked like the moon in the 'manger' and a moloch-esque, robot looking creature in a horned helmet I also tweeted about it at the time. cnn.com/travel/article… x.com/mysticinthemoo… Many people also felt like it had a Sumerian motif. It was made by Serafino Mattucci. At the time people likened the helmet as having a similar design as a Nazi skull helmet. Suffice to say this is a ridiculous nativity scene that is obviously trying to convey a message to public. They want you to see this but they don't want you to figure it out. If those elements of the display weren't enough, Baby Jesus was also bound completely up in a red shroud while Mary posed between two pillars. A lightning bolt seems to flash behind them. Maybe its time to revisit what is being portrayed in this scene...and why? Why would the Vatican include this Dark Space God imagery in the Nativity?

@TheUAPYogi Yes, on one hand you have the materialization of the spiritual concepts into useless shells which is Ahrimanic, and you also have the Luciferic influence that draws people out of their body and earth by making them think they're not from the earth, but actually an alien.

A New Polarization of the People While there has been a significant awakening of the public through the last few years of Medical Tyranny, much of the 'alternative media' is still failing to recognize the deeper elements of current events. This is because popular conservative commentators have enjoyed immense wealth and praise, not for their deep thoughts and analysis, but rather for their courage to assert common sense principals. Common sense insights like: a man is a man and a woman is a woman, do not castrate children, and, that demographics play a role in the development of society, have driven the dialog of the political right. Ultimately, their courage to assert simple common sense has lead many to view these individuals as the protectors of liberty and meaning. And, perhaps in that era they were, however, times are changing. Fast. A new polarization is now emerging, surface level thought, or the general preservation of the status quo, is no longer enough to solve the geo-political problems that now confront us. At this point, a deeper level of analysis and education on how the world actually works is needed. The failure to directly confront the hidden forces behind the current uprisings in the Middle East is turning people who were once a helpful, progressive influence into regressive voices seemingly over night. Through naivety, cowardice or corruption many of the people we have put our hope in are now failing us. To lead and solve problems the knowledge of the spiritual forces and the hidden powers that pull the strings behind all governments is required. There will be no genuine advancement of our culture until that deeper level of analysis is taken on. Individuals who refuse to engage at that level will lose their influence and those who are capable will rise. Truth is life. The real question now is: do we have to enter into WWIII to finally confront the banking cartel and psychotic individuals that run the world? Do we have to be pawns in the game of global domination and reduce millions of innocent people into abject poverty, and even death, just to realize that the corruption is centralized into the hands of a few? Or can we have the tact, selflessness and bravery to confront these realities now. May the Spirit of Michael lead us all.

The Control of Language in UFOlogy and the New Age The study of the angelic hierarchies, or spiritual hierarchies, has been a constant in esoteric traditions. Though they may have gone by different names, the reality that we have been assisted by angels, and even spiritual masters, is common place. However, today we are seeing a massive push to redefine these classical esoteric teachings. Beings that come from the lower planes, or 8th sphere, are now called aliens, or extra terrestrials. This effectively removes, or cloaks, their dark nature by making them simply foreign, rather than fallen. Their history with humanity as an antagonistic force is erased, and now what most would consider demonic entities can be introduced as advanced alien gods. It's not just the fallen beings from the abyss that are being mislabeled as aliens, angels are also caught up in the craze, of course, they're extra terrestrials as well. Everything that angels from the spiritual hierarchies did in the past was really an extra-terrestrial from another planet. And, with that, a whole new paradigm must be created. In the name of science and progress, of course! In fact, beings from prior eras of development on the planet, namely crypto-terrestrials, those are aliens too. In short, everything is aliens. Everything that was considered spiritual, and part of a precise set of esoteric laws that can be understood, is now off-world and follows no laws we can understand. Even the best minds are trapped in a never ending circle of trying to re-invent the wheel. Surely all this profaning of the Spirit will introduce a new scientist-priest class that uniquely has the brain power to understand such things. And, as a result, humanity is not only cut off from true spiritual understanding and development, but also genuine understanding about our ancient past. Just like that, we are ushered into a system that is based in 'scientific' delusions. Ironically, our world becomes smaller, not more expansive. In fact, the more we reach out into space looking for Spirit, the more regressive we become as a society. The word 'UFO', yeah, that is redefined as well, to UAP. Why? Because words and thoughts are the first plane of magic. And when something is redefined, the forces go to the individual, or group that introduced the new definitions. In other words, there is no benefit, no way to control a phenomenon, if the classical definitions and teachings are used.
