D2 need to adopt the regional format if you’re going to have 50+ people hitting the provisional mark in every event.

"Work/life" balance was designed back in the 1800s to control factory workers. 9 to 5 is made up. It's not real. It continues to be perpetuated by the media of the rulers that anything beyond their prescribed "balance" is bad. But there's no standard "balance".

They gave us a chance to re-run it and I was the only one that took the chance. So 25 minutes later, I ran a 22.30 by myself for the 2nd 200 of the hour! I also ran a 10.99 for my season opener and closer for the year!

Season Recap: After our season was done and I had went home, I decided to compete unattached in one last meet. The video with the full field is my initial 200m which I ran in lane 8. Unfortunately, the timing system didn’t get a picture of our finish so we could not get our times

Season Recap: I finished my season with a PR of 22.20 (+1.6). I am the 3rd furthest from the outside

Season Recap: I was blessed to be able to go 49.39 at our last chance meet after struggling mentally throughout the season to best my season opener of 49.50! My first 200m was a 22.60 split as well

Season Recap: My best split of the year came from a quad meet where I was the 2nd leg. I split a 48.01 (according to the app called “onform”). I’m found right at the finish line to start the video and am in 3rd coming off the break.
