@Officeworks just wanted to pass on some feedback - it is so, so annoying that to see the price of an office chair I have to use a phone to scan a qr code. If the chairs are on display is it too much to ask for a price to be listed? Its a step backwards removing prices

Strongly recommend people avoid @Officeworks for anything tech. Purchased a router there 3 months ago. Came home to it having failed last week. Took it back. Just checked in on the repair to find it's still sitting in the store nearly a week later. Abominable customer service.

@Officeworks I tried visiting the store near me, they said that it is under the Microsoft warranty and they can't do anything except sending it for repair which can take up to 4 weeks. I had bought the extra care cover hoping that I would be able to get an easy replacement, but no difference.

Bought a Surface Laptop Go 3 from @Officeworks on 17 July 2025 with extra cover, and now it won’t boot — SSD not detected. I’m a student with an assignment due in 3 days. Being told repairs may take 7 weeks with no replacement provided @Officeworks @MicrosoftAU — please help

Hi @Officeworks – I’ve lodged a complaint (Case OWF69ba04fd556d1) re: Punchbowl store refusing a replacement for a faulty printer. Already repaired once, still not working. Being told ACL “doesn’t apply to printers” is incorrect. Please escalate.

@cspence42 Hi Christine, Yes, we do accept old printers for recycling however it is based on if we have room to take it in. Please call your local store to see if they have room to recycle this for you.

@Officeworks visited Epping store today — my laptop is hitting 100°C while charging. No replacement or loaner offered, and I was sent home with it, told I might be contacted. I’ve also emailed customer relations. Please advise on next steps.

@Officeworks Why does your store take a whole week "preparing to ship". I have Year 12 subjects that I need to work for and I'm stuck without a device and all I've got is it will take 4 - 6 weeks. How is this reasonable time under ACL for a student.
