@ohm46 It is the first anniversary, and bizarrely I looked her up on google today as I didn’t know whether she was still with us or not. Our families had connections going back a very long time. She was a very special woman. Please give my best love to Alex and Vicky.

My amazing Mum Lillias Walker (Ohm) died peacefully this morning after a truly courageous fight with Vascular Disease. She was a remarkable women and I'll miss her terribly. Massive thanks to the NHS doctors and nurses who gave her love and care working long hours for low pay.

@virginmedia As stated. Your customer service phone team are unable to access decisions made by or communicate with your Web team. This renders your customer service useless. I have called numerous times to discuss a new contract generated online, which your phone team cannot see!

Why can no one in the customer telephone helpline department @virginmedia communicate with the Webteam @virginmedia? 2 branches of the same company but never the twain shall meet. Meanwhile I'm left in contract limbo limbo.

Can someone @virginmedia explain why I've waited for 3 weeks for my new online contract renewal to be activated? 6 phone calls and yet to receive an explanation 🤬
