@OldNavy Trying to track down a discontinued men’s polo from your Active Core Go Fresh line (M) The newer Cloud Motion doesn’t match the same fit or fabric. If there’s any remaining inventory anywhere, I’m ready to buy multiple. Can someone help point me in the right direction?

@OldNavy I lost my wallet with a few very personal and important items a few weeks ago. It contained the original passport pictures of my 3 children that i always carried with me that I was sure I was never going to get back. I wasn’t exactly sure where I lost it. I knew it was somewhere out there, but assumed it was just forever lost into the abyss. You can imagine my surprise when I see a package shipping to my house from OldNavy when I never placed an order. Even more so when I open the package and it’s my missing wallet that showed up on my front porch steps. Thank you whoever was responsible for this kind act. Thank you OldNavy!

I just bought this t-shirt at @OldNavy . I wore it once, washed it once (delicates cycle) and it already has holes 😩 The current quality of clothing is truly disappointing. Used to be one of my favorite stores.

Hey @OldNavy .. I got 90% of our daughters Easter basket stuffers from your check out lanes. Your cash register even commented on all of it. Why last night when I go to assemble the baskets do I find that not a single one was in the bag? And no, there wasn't a second bag.

@OldNavy I paid for 2-day express shipping, but my order was sent ground and won’t arrive until next week. UPS confirmed the label. Why was I charged for express if you shipped it slower? That is a deceptive business practice.
