Coat the rims of two glasses with coconut milk and desiccated coconut. Put ice, caramel vodka and coconut milk into cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into two glasses

Valentine's day cocktail
- 35ml Passionfruit Old Vodka
- 150ml cranberry juice
- raspberries
- ice
Shake the Passionfruit vodka and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker with the ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with raspberries (makes 1)
