The lesson I learnt painfully this week: People who don't do what you do for a living often underestimate and undervalue what it takes to do what you do.

Very great session. The patient as the client is vulnerable and an "unwilling buyer". They deserve the utmost care. The care givers wellbeing counts as well; there4 regular de-brief & stress management sessions helpful to impart positivity & the ability to maintain objectivity.
