Honestly I think we’d immediately enter unbridled utopia if we just had one highly inhabited social media platform that just did old school chronological no algorithm feeds. Everything I hate about the internet is in being unable to opt out of them

It’s not an STI when you can get it from a 🤝 The outbreak may have started in the gay community but it is not inherently a “gay disease” That’s how we mismanaged AIDS/HIV

@oopsanonbinary @RottenInDenmark Sample size of 450 people will not give you an accurate read of infection rates I’m afraid. Particularly not when there are so many hurdles to accessing testing. But don’t take my word for it, I’ve cited a couple of sources for you here that explain the problem more eloquently

@kristinaEBP @RottenInDenmark You realize if selective testing alone was creating the result, the percentages of tested to positive would be roughly the same amongst demographics, right?
