Ok so let me get this straight...when I earn an @opencare reward, it sends me a Visa gift card...which I need to log in to Prepaid Digital Solutions to access...which quickly expire. My username is a convoluted 16 character mess....

@jencouldrey @opencare Big fan of @opencare but I agree with @jencouldrey on the gift card experience. It shouldn’t be so hard to be able to spend the earned reward. Feels like the complicated process is on purpose so that people don’t use their gift cards 🤷🏻‍♀️. Definitely frustrating!
