1/ Quick encouragement for anyone building on Cardano (or any chain): most projects don’t fail because the code is “bad.” They fail because the basics get skipped. The good news: basics are learnable. 2/ Start simple: Who is this for? What real problem does it solve for a real person (not just “crypto people”)? If you can say it in 1 sentence, you’re ahead. 3/ Next: How will people actually find it? A Discord + a couple conferences isn’t a growth plan. That’s a hangout (which is fine!) but it’s not distribution. 4/ Think “repeatable path to users”: integrations, partnerships, referrals, content people search for, communities you serve (not just post in), and a product that’s easy to share. 5/ Then: trust. In Web3, trust is a feature: security mindset, audits when it matters, transparent decisions, and calm/clear communication when things go wrong. 6/ Also: make the economics make sense. If it only works because rewards are high, it probably won’t last. Build for real value, not just incentives. 7/ Team tip: you don’t need a huge org… just clear ownership. Someone owns product, someone owns growth, someone owns community/customer care. No ego... just roles. 8/ Most important: ship, listen, improve. The teams that win aren’t perfect... they’re consistent, humble, and close to their users. If you’re building: keep going. 👊

If you want to gamble then go short Ada then get back to me in a year and tell me how that went. BTW I also hold some XRP (I'm not a Maxi). I'll continue to invest in the development of Cardano and its peripheral projects because it's designed to push power to the edges (it never did a premine that gave 80% to is founders like Ripple did). In the future Cardano and Midnight will create the best defi experience for XRP, stay tuned.

Cardano + Midnight... something to mull over for the ultimate stable coin.

It's a reference to the temporary fork (inacurately described as "vibe coded") caused by an SPO that did something stupid and exploited a recently discovered vulnerability "just to see what would happen". The silver lining from the event is that it brought the CF, Emurgo, and IOG together again and that turned out to be a great thing.

Cardano is fine. It's growth and development are on track. Cardano + Midnight are likely the protocols that institutions of the future will trust to give their BTC yield opportunities on decentralized rails. People like Krueger will one day be glad that it flourished in spite of the rampant disinfo they persistently created.

I like the way your thinking. You’re thinking about the real problem: adoption lives or dies by friction. Most people don’t reject good ideas , they reject extra steps. Every signup, every new platform, every awkward hoop to jump through quietly kills momentum. Your point about an in-wallet identity solution is exactly the kind of thinking this space needs: simple, trusted, user-controlled participation instead of forcing people through third-party mazes. And you’re also right that chasing rewards alone rarely builds lasting communities. Incentives can attract attention, but purpose keeps people around. Keep pushing ideas like this. The strongest projects are built by people willing to question the current model and improve it. Sometimes progress doesn’t need louder voices… it needs clearer thinking.
