Dementia is such a cruel disease like cancer. My friend's Mum scored 11/30 today. No offence to anyone who has faced cancer/lost loved ones to cancer. I lost my Mum to cancer. But eventually living trapped in your own world & not knowing your family. Heart breaking. #Friday

I’d say definitely approach shots. Hitting the greens. That makes a big difference to your round as a 10 handicap.
