i wish people realised that just bc someone is chronically suicidal, it doesn’t mean that their feelings are invalid simply bc they’re still alive. it takes so much to wake up everyday and live your life despite not wanting to. it doesn’t end

The truth is, no one really understands. I carry it alone, and it’s eating away at me until there will be nothing left of me

I’m so exhausted. Everything feels worse, there’s no relief, and I don’t see why I should keep going.

It’s hard to explain the kind of sadness that doesn’t come from anything, but just lives in you

I feel like 2025 will be the end for me.

Don't get your hopes high. These days it's better to not expect anything from anyone. To avoid getting a heartbreak, that's the best way.

I think that the hardest thing that I have had to learn over the years is that people lie, and people don’t mean what they say, and just because they say they love you and care about you doesn’t mean that they are going to stay

It’s hard to cope right now.

i don’t want to live like this. i only exist at this point. all i do is distract my mind so i don’t kill myself

i hate dissociation because nothing helps it. being around people emphasises how far away the world feels and being alone keeps your brain alienated and locks you in the cycles

That sudden wave of overwhelming pressure dragging down inside where I want to curl myself up in a ball and cant help but wonder why I’m still alive.
