Your brain canโt regulate the emotional pain, so a small comment feels like a devastating attack. A minor correction feels like total failure. Someoneโs tone feels like hatred. Itโs not oversensitivity. Itโs not being dramatic. Your brain literally canโt modulate the intensity of that emotional response. Itโs neurological, not a character flaw
