High purity correctly represented drug sold to someone who used it irresponsibly, 15 years for that is insane. He would’ve just gotten it elsewhere if it came to it. A harm reductive model could’ve saved both of their lives but this country is bent on death and punishment

There are normally no arrests, so no DA involved.
