But DID has very little to do with biology, as it is a mental disorder. If you want to look at parts of the body that correlate to DID, look at the brain.

I also don't like Russia but capital letters are used in every single proper noun. A proper noun is a name for a person, place, or thing, like a country. Russia is recognized as a country. Therefore, it's correct to capitalize it.
