@BlockedByBamba he's the only one on the team who can shoot the 3 well. he has to get them up for the team or they'd lose off the fact that they do not hit any 3s. when he gets downhill though his finishing is good and hes great at drawing fouls and an excellent free throw shooter

@TheSlySamurai @HaterReport he doesnt go to the corner because Melvin switches. I think the defence was bad, especially by the on ball defender but I dont think saying DP is the issue is fair. but I guess pushing narratives is fun

@polyester32 @HaterReport Well, if you watch the replay, DP does not go to the corner. Again, make them hit a three, don’t give up a layup. That and Bidunga was nowhere near the rim…just all kinds of bad all around.

Kansas’ defense was a MESS on the last possession that lost the game to St. John’s. Darryn Peterson didn’t help on the game winning drive to the basket and somehow he and a teammate ended up on THE SAME person and left another guy OPEN for a corner 3

@Doms26285384 @HaterReport he isn the issue with this play. if the on ball defender on the inbounds pass isnt as high up on the man, he doesnt get beat off the dribble. you'd rather sag off and let him take the 3 when he was 0/4 on the game so far then allow him to drive in my opinion. dp wasn't the issue
