FEDERAL. meaning he already knows how the feds operate he already knows they dont play and they have like a 99% conviction rate. so he gets out october 2025 and hes on home detention with a ankle monitor strapped to him. the terms of his release literally say you cannot commit another federal offense and you cannot possess a firearm. those are the two rules bro. two. so what does this man do not even 6 months later?? on january 10th 2026 he organizes a full scale 9 MAN armed robbery and kidnapping operation targeting GUCCI MANE. the same gucci mane who signed him to 1017 records. the man who made you a millionaire and you decided to pull a ak style pistol on him in a dallas recording studio. over a RECORD CONTRACT. something that lawyers exist to handle. you coulda paid a entertainment attorney like 50 to 100k to fight the contract in court and instead you chose to commit a federal kidnapping which carries up to LIFE in prison but it gets worse. this wasnt even spontaneous this was PREMEDITATED. he set up a fake business meeting and told gucci and two other music industry people to fly out to dallas to “discuss contract terms.” they showed up in good faith and the second they get inside the studio shiesty and his boys execute what the DOJ is literally calling a “coordinated armed takeover.” he pulls the ak on gucci and forces him to sign release paperwork while his crew robs everybody else. one victim got choked almost unconscious. they took rolexes a louis vuitton bag cash jewelry all of it his DAD went to staples earlier that day to print the release documents lmaooo. his dad also rented one of the getaway cars. his dad is now also in federal custody facing life. multiple defendants took a GREYHOUND BUS back to memphis the next day like they just left six flags. and then within hours several of them posted the stolen jewelry on social media. while the ringleader has a ankle monitor on. they literally built the prosecution’s case and then advertised it on instagram the feds have TEN types of evidence. ankle monitor data, cell records, license plate readers, surveillance footage from the studio AND the staples AND the hotel, fingerprints, rental car records, greyhound tickets, and the social media posts. federal kidnapping carries up to life with no parole. hes already violated his supervised release so his old sentence gets stacked on top of whatever new one he gets. he brought his dad down. he brought big30 down. nine lives destroyed because he didnt wanna honor a record deal he couldve fought in court for pocket change compared to whats coming. this is the dumbest criminal decision in hip hop history and its not close 😭😭
