So why don't you spend a little bit of time doing research or thinking what's the best aspect of yourself you can show to others?
Some trainers don't get accepted because they're talented, they also get accepted because their character is what the trainee is looking for.

Hmm... I'm not really the right person for input since I'm not a trainer but I think your approach is a bit hurtful.
Scouting someone because nobody wants to help them sounds a bit like pity and I don't think even they would want to be scouted for something like that.
