Roners, The past few months of growth have been astounding. Since going permissionless, the number of builders has nearly doubled from 75 to 140. As we’ve opened things up, the pressure on teams building with us has only increased. The cream will rise to the top, and some teams won’t be able to keep up. Over the past few months, we’ve witnessed this with Ragnarok Monster World. The team behind the game ignored our advice and has since lost favor with the community. To make matters worse, they secretly signed a deal with a separate blockchain, breaching our agreement. Naturally, this comes as a surprise, given the support we’ve extended to them. The trust has been broken to such a degree that we are ending our professional relationship with 0x&, the team behind Ragnarok Monster World. As a result, the Ragnarok Monster World project and its assets will be removed from Sky Mavis products within the next 48 hours. Ragnarok Monster World NFTs will no longer be available for trade on the Ronin Market. However, since Ronin is open, they will still be tradable on other NFT markets within the Ronin ecosystem. Ragnarok Monster World will no longer receive the spotlight or other benefits from our previous collaboration. Furthermore, we are not endorsing or supporting the launch of the $ZENY token in any way. While the TGE is technically possible under Ronin’s open, permissionless architecture, this should not be interpreted as any endorsement or affiliation. The leadership at 0x& has made a series of decisions that have broken their commitments to us and the Ronin community. Despite our best efforts to persuade them otherwise, they have left us with no recourse.
