16 talented students from @MCScommunicates & @rucoschools came together at our #ReadToBee! This year’s champion is Waylon Brooks (Northfield) with Trey Hannah (Rock Springs MS) & Brianna Perez Tena (Black Fox) rounding out the top three. Congrats to the winners & participants!

Saint Rose of Lima recently held an in-person #celebration for their #ESLStudents! They were recognized for attending at least 75% of their classes this school year. Way to go, everyone! Sometimes the hardest part is simply showing up & staying consistent—they did just that.

1,500 books just arrived at our warehouse! We received this generous donation from @IngramContent. A huge thanks to them—we’re grateful for their partnership & support of our mission. Our next step? Getting these books processed and into the hands of more children & families!

This student got his very own “Tree Table Book” at Campus School’s most recent #KidLit book club meeting. We can’t wait to hear feedback as he dives deeper into the story. Thank you to Rotary Club of Murfreesboro for financially supporting this book distribution!

Our #ImaginationStations were buzzing with creativity this week! We had an amazing time visiting Northfield Pre-K, John Pittard Pre-K, and Mid-Cumberland Headstart. Thank you to @yourlocaluw for sponsoring these events and helping us share the love of literacy.

Our volunteers were recently back in action—preparing creative literacy activities for our February #ImaginationStations! Our featured story is "Giraffes Can’t Dance." While we don’t have any dancing giraffes in our office, our team brought plenty of laughter & fun into the mix.

Earlier this summer, we shared books with Colony Square Apartments in Smyrna for their kids' #ReadingProgram—and it was a hit! Around 20 kids (plus parents!) joined in, discovering favorite stories along the way. Check out today’s photos of the books & their own little library!
