A wee workout for you guys 🫀 When you squat, keep your weight on your heels! Make sure you can wiggle those toes! 4x 3 minute rounds with 1 minute break. 1 minute of sustained squats without locking knees 1 minute of squat pulses 1 minute of squat holds Break 1 minute of squats without locking knees 1 minute with squats adding a tiny hop. Almost like a little jump. But the entire squat is focused on getting that extra power so your feet leave the ground a tiny bit. 1 minute of squat holds Break 1 minute of alternating lunges 1 minute of lunges on left leg 1 minute of lunges on right leg Break 1 minute of lunge jumps 1 minute of squat hold 1 minute of squats with a tiny hop YOU DID IT! 🫂💕
