You can imagine people boasting that they formed APC. If you guys have handled a merger before as you have said, why is this one hard for you? Ordinary meeting o. Not even primaries. Clowns. 🚔

There are more dilapidated schools across Osun State. It’s a lot. The N13.7 billion allegedly looted via payroll fraud could have helped to fix NATIVE UNITED DISTRICT PRIMARY SCHOOL, OKE OSUN, IRESI, BOLUWADURO LOCAL GOVERNMENT. #FixOsunSchools

It was Chief Obafemi Awolowo who said “I do not want the children of my drivers to be drivers to my children, neither do I want the children of my cooks to be cooks to my children. I want free access to qualitative education for all." It is sad that in Osun State, our children do not appear to be enjoying qualitative education due to the incompetence of Governor Ademola Adeleke who claims Chief Awolowo is his role model. I say so because the state of some of our Primary Schools across Osun State is simply pathetic and disgraceful. While Governor Adeleke faffs around, some of our schools have gotten so bad; they are horribly dilapidated and begging for renovation. Again, Governor Ademola Adeleke does not have what it takes to solve serious problems. He has not demonstrated the leadership and the capacity required to move Osun State forward. The N13.7 billion allegedly looted via the ghost worker fraud could have been used to #FixOsunSchools. But instead of address the issues, his supporters will resort to abuses and insult. PS: I have attached pictures and videos of some of these dilapidated schools. 1. YOUNG TAJUDEEN PRIMARY SCHOOL, OJORO ABEERE ROAD, EDE NORTH, OSUN STATE.

The Tragedy of Commons in Osun By Ismail Omipidan I have read and carried out extensive research on issues in the last 23 months than I have done in over three decades. And as I read , I come across issues and contents that perfectly fit our situation in Osun. Just this morning, I stumbled on the Theory of the "Tragedy of Commons." By simple explanation, the theory, conceptualised in 1833 by British writer, William Forster Lloyd, simply means an "economic and environmental science problem where individuals have access to a shared resource and act in their own interest, at the expense of other individuals." This situation , scholars further argued, could result in overconsumption, underinvestment, and depletion of resources. Isn't that our situation in Osun at the moment? Despite their touted international connections and promises of attracting foreign investments to Osun, it is almost two years now, no single direct Foreign Investments. Yet, they are on record to have traveled abroad in the name of seeking investors more than what one could imagine, since they were installed November 2022. What about IGR? They claim to have blocked the leakages, yet, IGR is leaking. Their IGR for 2023 fell short of what they inherited. A single individual who is passionate about Osun, donated multi-million naira hospital equipment to the Ifetedo General Hospital. But for over a year now, the government is yet to find time to go inaugurate the equipment so the public can begin to use them. A government that has no time to inaugurate hospital equipment is regularly seen at parties and other not-too-important functions within and outside the state. What a tragedy! How many of Osun citizens have seen the video clip of the governor presenting the 2025 budget? Did you hear him say anything? I was in Osun last week deliberately to witness the proceeding. I was taken aback 24 hours later to hear that the event took place. Yet, no journalist of note was invited to cover the event, simply because they deliberately wanted a cover-up. Last year, the governor could hardly read coherently a one-page budget speech, the first in the history of Osun State. This year, to cover up the sheer embarrassment the governor has become, they refused to allow full coverage of the presentation. What a shame! To show how lazy and incompetent the mediocre minds around the government are, they could not even scrutinise what they released to the public well, to realise what they presented to us as the theme and focus of the budget last year, was the same thing they passed on to us, this year. What a tragedy! Truth is, they don't know. See the samplers: "Osun State governor, Ademola Adeleke on Thursday, presented an impressive sum of N273.9 billion 2024 Appropriation bill to the state House of Assembly. "According to Adeleke, the “ 'Budget of Reconstruction and Recovery' is divided into a Recurrent Expenditure of N165.65 billion and a Capital Expenditure of N108.25 billion. "The governor said that the budget’s primary objective is to rejuvenate and reconstruct the state’s economy, which was in a dire state when his administration took over. " Hear what they said last week too: "Governor, Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has presented a proposed sum of N390,020,277,740 Billon as the 2025 Appropriation Bill before the State House of Assembly. "The 2025 Budget proposal tagged 'Reconstruction and Recovery,' according to the Governor aims to reconstruct the damaged economy and infrastructure gaps in Osun State, including setting a fiscal stimulus against the impact of global economic recession." Haa! O ma se o! How did we get here? Who did this to us? In the past, no reasonable and responsible parent would want to identify with the child who is being alleged to be a criminal. But not in Osun under this current administration. Someone was found with a British Beretta, a pistol, only found in possession of Police Officers.

Dear Mr.Governor, God will judge you. Happy three years of failed administration. Three years ago, under Governor Ademola Adeleke, traditional rulers were removed, Amotekun operatives were involved in acts that many described as genocidal, doctors were dismissed, O’YES cadets were sacked, and teachers were thrown out of work. Everything he touched was destroyed. Three years ago, he boasted as a PDP leader, yet today he has collapsed the party so badly that thousands of PDP members have defected to the APC. Even more embarrassing, Ademola Adeleke begged to join the APC, but the party rejected him despite his crocodile tears. According to Rauf Aregbesola, this administration is the most corrupt and incompetent in the history of our dear state. Under Adeleke’s leadership, governance has been reduced to family business: the Adeleke’s family cornered all the juicy appointments while state resources were used to develop only Ede. My own Town Ikirun is in ruins. We do not even have a single commissioner. Millions were wasted on boreholes that no longer function. Imole Buses, Imole WiFi, and Jigi Imole were nothing more than schemes designed to siphon public funds. Today, Osun is on autopilot, as the Governor spends billions of naira on needless travels with no visible development or foreign investment to justify them. He skips security meetings, ignores FEC meetings, and has managed to hold only two State Executive Council meetings in three years. This is unprecedented incompetence. Three years after the removal of fuel subsidy, our state has felt no meaningful intervention from the government. The Governor is only interested in paying salaries while abandoning social amenities and infrastructure. Across Nigeria, people know our Governor for dancing, not for development. Two years ago, thousands of unemployed youths used their last savings to purchase forms for the teaching recruitment exercise. Their money was collected, yet no jobs were given. Instead, the government recruited party loyalists as “Imole Youths” and posted them to public schools as teachers—many without even basic O’Level qualifications. This is a tragedy and an assault on the future of Osun children. Today, I am deeply saddened that our beloved Osun State has been reduced to a disgrace under this administration. Lmaooo!!! You really believe that a sitting Governor will be paying workers’ salaries from his personal pocket? Come on! The court reinstated APC chairmen back to the council, yet Adeleke instructed NULGE staff to stay at home going on five months now. The CBN asked the APC chairmen to complete accreditation so local government funds could be released, but the State Accountant-General refused to sign, acting on the Governor’s instructions. After APC won in court, Adeleke went ahead to create his own parallel local government council and instructed his chairmen not to enter the council offices. Adeleke has received close to ₦600 billion from the FG as allocation, yet nothing tangible has been shown for it. He even took the FG to the Supreme Court over withheld funds, but later withdrew the case when Fagbemi revealed how local government funds were being diverted into personal accounts. The Governor claimed to have spent ₦3 billion on travel logistics within six months, yet from January to June, he never even left Osun. And to crown it all, Adeleke has been in Atlanta for over a month now without handing over to the Deputy Governor. Of all people, it’s Bode’s words you are amplifying? Lmaooo!
Lami@MrLamiofficial

Chief Bode George revealed that Osun State Gov has been paying workers’ salaries from his own pocket with help from his brother & Davido because FG hasn’t released LGA funds in 5-6 months. If true, BIG shame on the Federal Government.
