@startrackeradam “Thats good,” He replied in a mumble as he grabbed a baggie, stood, and shoved it in his hoodie pocket. Turning back to Adam, his eyes flickered to the chew in his mouth, just for a second before he also moved to the door. “Bus goes right there?” He asked, sliding his shoes on.

@respectnhate Adam watched the man crouch over the tv stand, his eyebrow quirking up in curiosity. He then slid his backpack over his shoulders, and picked up his star chewer to his mouth, gnawing at it as he walked to put his shoes back on. “It’s a short ride, don’t worry.”

Adam stepped to the door of Tonny’s apartment, his eyes flickering down to his phone to ensure he had the right address before he knocked. Adam’s other hand cradled a bucket full of leftover Halloween candy. “Hello..? It’s me, Adam Raki!” @respectnhate

@startrackeradam Tonny followed Adam up, feeling a wave of excitement rush through him. His eyes peered down at the mans watch before he nodded and grinned. “Cool! Okay, uh, let me get some stuff,” He said, looking around aimlessly before moving to the tv stand, crouching and digging through it.

@respectnhate Adam bobbed his head eagerly as he pulled himself up from the seat, Adam clasped his hands together to keep them from swaying excitedly “yeah..! Yeah!” He then cleared his throat and looked down at his watch. “I don’t have a car, we can take the bus if we’re quick!”

@startrackeradam Tonny perked up a little, a smile pulling at his lips. “Really? Hell yeah!” Thank GOD, he didn’t want his new friend to get bored just sitting there. He also felt a little honored, almost. “Like right now?” He asked, wanting clarification.

@respectnhate Adam tilted his head as he processed the question. “Um, sort of..? That’s part of it!” He praised as he nodded his head. “Would you maybe want to go see the observatory..? I have a key!” He beamed up to Tonny at the idea.

@startrackeradam Tonny had caught the look of disgust and stifled his little laughter as Adam corrected him. “Right, right, sorry,” He apologized, looking away for a moment and scratching the back of his neck. “So you like… learn about ‘em?” He asked, little more carefully but still genuine.

@respectnhate Adam looked at Tonny for a split second of entire disgust and frustration at the mention of horoscopes. He did not do well masking his face. But it was quickly covered by one of careful compassion. “No… not like horoscopes. Like Astronomy.” Adam was protective of his stars.

@startrackeradam Tonny looked at Adam as he spoke and explained what an observatory is. He nodded in understanding as he blabbled excitedly. It was kinda amusing. “Ohh, right!” He knew what a telescope was. He wasn’t that stupid. “What’s star charting? Kinda like… horoscopes?”

@respectnhate Adam laughed slightly when the man’s tongue stumbled over the foreign word, but he was quick to praise the correct assumption, “yes..! Well- there is a planetarium in there… but it’s where we house our telescope for star charting.” He explained in an excited babble.

@startrackeradam “Observatory?” He repeated, testing the word. He didn’t say it often. A chuckle left him as he moved to sit beside the other. “Thats the… place with the sun and planets, yeah?” He asked, making an orbiting motion with his hands. He looked up as well, just mirroring the action.

@respectnhate Adam gave the man a practiced smile, his head bobbing as he replied back “yeah, like a job. I work for an observatory.” He explained as he reached to dig a small bag of candy from the bowl. Adam took a bite of the sweets and then leaned his head back to look at the ceiling.

@startrackeradam It was kinda comical, how the other sank into the couch, and he stood there for a moment, scratching his arm idly. Maybe he jumped the gun, inviting someone he didn’t know over, but hey! Thats how you make friends. “Um. Like a job?” He asked.

@respectnhate Adam moved to sit on the couch, sinking into the worn cushion so far it practically enveloped him. His hands rested on his knees as he watched Tonny pick at the candy bowl. “That’s nice of your friend..” Adam took a moment to inspect the tattooed man, “so um, what do you do?”

@startrackeradam He blinked, then looked at one of the toys, “Oh, uh,” He tossed it to the side, “Yea, I got a kid,” He chuckled a little, running a hand over his head. Tonny stood in place for a moment before moving to investigate the bowl of candy. “He’s at a buddies right now,”

@respectnhate Adam shuffled into the room and set the bowl of candy down on a small coffee table, he then smiled at the sight of the toys and looked up to Tonny. “Do you have a kid..? Or um- a dog?”

@startrackeradam “Ehh, I had to anyway,” He shrugged, moving to the side as Adam slid past, door shutting behind him. He didn’t mind the lack of eye contact. He didn’t like it either. The room was decently clean, but he still moved around, picking up little toys and stuffing them away.

@respectnhate Adam smiled when the door opened and he was met with the taller, erratic man. His eyes studied tonny, but never made their way up to tonny’s eyes. He hated eye contact. “Yeah, sure! You didn’t have to-“ he cooed as he slipped into the apartment and looked around.
