From what I was told, and if anyone on the show can correct me if I’m wrong, The North Korea scandal last year made them redo one of the episodes last season, and it was the episode everyone was complaining about the animation. (This is all public info, there were news articles)

They cut the storyboard team in half last season. Some of my friends lost their jobs and it’s awful It’s not the voice actors taking up the budget tho. They’re two separate budgets. They just genuinely need a bigger budget- remember, this show is 50 mins long
