I know free online IQ tests are all the rage, but I have an even better one: if you think the U.S. fought the Civil War and ratified the 14th Amendment so Chinese communist spies could invade the country and receive citizenship for their commie spy babies, even though the actual author of the text said it applied only to former slaves and their children and not foreigners or aliens, you are probably retarded.

Clarence Thomas is a brilliant man and one of the greatest justices of all time. He also needs to retire immediately. He's 77 years old. If Democrats win the midterms and then the presidency, which they very likely could, there's a significant chance they will get to replace him with another Kentanji Brown Jackson. That would be a disaster for the country. We need to get young conservatives on the court right now. Alito, too. He's 76.

The SCOTUS birthright citizenship case will bring much into focus. The very idea is stupid beyond belief, and is being openly exploited with birth tourism - which is used to subvert us.
But do 9 old lawyers have a finger in a rule book and a hand in their crotch? And if they do - should we go along with a suicidal ruling?
Really - if SCOTUS tells us birthright citizenship is โthe law of the land,โ which would mean a Chinese woman who plans birth in San Diego can pump out a bonafide American citizen - do we do along with that? The implications are terribly destructive. It would mean someone born in San Diego but raised in Beijing is as American as apple pie - doesnโt need a visa to study at Stanford. Spying would be a lot easier.
If SCOTUS doesnโt get this, isnโt moved by the open reality - itโs an institution that has had its time.

The tell, he says, is RFK Jr.'s appearance on Joe Rogan, where the word "vaccine" never once escaped his lips. Meanwhile, the Trump administration is pushing DOJ to pursue liability protection for Bayer-Monsanto, structured along the same lines as the shield that has protected vaccine manufacturers for decades. Malone is asking a fair question: What happened to conservative values? What happened to the free market? Are we really setting ourselves up to spend the next 20 years fighting the same battles over pesticides and herbicides that we've been fighting over vaccines, with no legal recourse and no accountability? Malone's conclusion is that this is coming from the West Wing political operation, not from Trump personally. Pollsters have taken over, and a key constituency is being discarded as an inconsequential minority. He thinks that's a serious miscalculation. What about you? ๐
